RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to issue a full refund for returned goods.
- You can return purchased goods within 10 days of the order date.
- Goods must be returned in original condition.
- You must include a copy of the original packing list with your goods.
- Be sure to return your goods to the warehouse address on the original packaging.
- We recommend you use Fed Ex or UPS with tracking to monitor return status.
- Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff, we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card. Please note certain credit cards may take an additional 2-10 business days for your credit to post to your account.
You may return goods for any reason within 10 days of receipt of your shipment and receive a full refund. Goods must be in perfect, unworn and unaltered condition. No return will be allowed without a written return authorization number and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
